Description

NovoPacks supplies four‑sling bulk bags—fabricated from tubular or flat woven polypropylene—with lifting loops sewn into each corner to create four secure lifting points. According to SML specifications, these bags safely carry 200 to 3 000 kg of food or industrial product and are available in three safety factors:

  • SF 5:1 – single use

  • SF 6:1 – multi‑trip (reusable)

  • SF 8:1 – heavy reusable

Versatile construction allows almost unlimited bag dimensions and a full menu of accessories:

  • Top options: open top, skirt (duffle), or loading spout with optional dust collar

  • Bottom options: flat sewn‑in, discharge spout, or discharge spout with protective cover

  • Liners: regular or thermodynamic PE liners, 60–150 µm, for moisture‑tight packaging

  • Branding: up to four‑color flexographic printing for logos, product codes and handling icons

Each four‑sling bag is made from UV‑stabilized, recyclable polypropylene yarn and produced in-house at SML’s soft‑container facility. NovoPacks customizes size, loop length and print layout to match your filling and discharge systems, shipping finished bags promptly throughout Europe.
