About NovoPacks - NovoPacks bulk bags manufacturing

NovoPacks: FIBC Packaging Manufacturer

NovoPacks is an FIBC packaging manufacturer supplying Europe, the US and Africa directly from a 62-hectare ISO-certified production campus in Central Asia. The facility produces FIBC big bags, woven PP sacks and high-barrier films entirely in-house, at industrial scale, with no outsourcing at any stage.

Vertically Integrated Production

The campus runs the full polymer cycle under one roof. Starlinger, Lohia and Bruckner production lines handle everything from PP yarn extrusion through to finished FIBC big bags, woven polypropylene sacks and BOPP packaging films. Because every stage happens in one location, there are no quality gaps between processes and no third-party handling of your product.

Production Output

The facility produces 36 million FIBC big bags and woven PP sacks per month, covering stitched sacks, block-bottom, single, double and four-loop configurations. In addition, 25,000 tonnes of BOPP packaging film are produced per year in clear, pearl, matte and metallized grades. PE stretch and shrink film output reaches 20,000 tonnes per year, available in cast and blown formats including standard and nano-layer.

Certifications and Compliance

Every shipment leaves with full lot traceability and certification documentation. Films are EU 10/2011 food-contact compliant, making them suitable for direct food packaging. FIBC big bags are UN Groups II and III certified for hazardous goods transport. Production is ISO-managed throughout, so certificates are available on every order.

Sustainability

All PP, PE and BOPP grades are 100% recyclable. Nano-layer stretch film technology reduces plastic consumption by up to 40% per pallet without compromising load security. For buyers with ESG procurement requirements, PCR content options of 20 to 30% are available. UV-stabilised woven fabrics extend outdoor service life and reduce how often bags need replacing.

FIBC Packaging Delivered Across Europe and Beyond

In Europe, mixed-SKU truckloads are dispatched within 24 hours and reach any EU destination within 14 days. For the US and Africa, sea containers ship direct from the production facility, keeping factory pricing intact with no middleman margin. Technical support is also available for line trials, drop tests and pallet-stability audits.

From chemical handling to food-grade grain packaging, NovoPacks supplies FIBC big bags, woven PP sacks, BOPP films and stretch film to manufacturers, logistics operators and distributors across Europe, North America and Africa. View our full product range or get in touch to request a quote.
