NovoPacks supplies woven polypropylene bags and PP sacks direct from the manufacturer to buyers across Europe. We cover the full range of applications: from agricultural PP sacks for grain and animal feed to industrial woven bags for chemicals, fertilizers, cement, and construction materials.
Woven PP bags — also called woven sacks, polypropylene sacks, or simply PP bags — are one of the most widely used industrial packaging formats in the world. They combine light weight with high tensile strength, resistance to moisture on the outer surface, and the ability to carry heavy loads reliably from filling point to end destination.
Fabric, Weight, and Construction
Our woven polypropylene bags are produced from high-tenacity PP tape woven to your specified density and GSM. Standard fabric weights range from 60 GSM up to 120 GSM depending on the load and application. Bags can be woven as circular/tubular fabric (no side seams) or flat fabric, laminated or unlaminated, with or without a PE inner liner. For moisture-sensitive goods, laminated PP woven bags provide a bonded inner film, making them effectively water-resistant from the outside.
Printing and Custom Branding
Our woven sacks can be printed with up to 6 colours using flexographic or screen printing. Printed PP bags are widely used in the agricultural sector — seeds, fertilizers, animal feed — where branding and clear product identification on shelf or in the depot is important. Minimum order quantities for custom printing apply; contact us for details.
BOPP Laminated Options
For premium shelf presentation, BOPP-laminated woven bags allow photographic-quality print on the outer film layer, giving your product the visual impact of a retail-grade package at bulk packaging economics. See our dedicated BOPP Packaging Films page for more detail on that range.
