NovoPacks’ Premium Series machine stretch film is a multi‑layer cast LLDPE film engineered for maximum versatility on semi‑ and fully automatic pallet wrappers. Blending metallocene and linear resins, the film achieves 150 – 250 % pre‑stretch while delivering aggressive two‑sided cling—ideal for stabilising mixed or irregular loads without edge detachment.

Gauge options run 15 µm to 23 µm. The film’s balanced puncture resistance and low neck‑down preserve coverage on sharp corners, reducing film consumption and load damage. Quiet unwind, consistent roll geometry and a controlled coefficient of friction ensure trouble‑free running on rotary‑arm, turn‑table and orbital machines. Available in clear, tint or opaque colours, with UVI or anti‑static additives upon request, every roll is fully recyclable polyethylene and compliant with EU packaging directives.
