Description

NovoPacks supplies thermosealable white BOPP film that couples brilliant opaque whiteness with secure heat‑seal performance for premium, light‑blocking packaging. Produced on precision tenter lines, gauges range from 18 µm to 40 µm and are pigmented to achieve > 70 % light barrier while maintaining a smooth, high‑gloss surface.

One or both sides are heat‑sealable, offering broad seal windows and excellent hot‑tack strength on high‑speed HFFS/VFFS equipment. A ≥ 38 dyn corona or acrylic treatment ensures first‑class ink, lacquer and adhesive adhesion for flexographic, gravure or digital printing. Balanced biaxial orientation provides superior stiffness, dimensional stability and puncture resistance, guaranteeing wrinkle‑free wraps and peel‑free lidding films.

Food‑contact compliant under EU 10/2011 and fully recyclable as polypropylene, NovoPacks’ white BOPP rolls are slit‑to‑width for converters and delivered rapidly across Europe.
