Description

NovoPacks offers double‑sling bulk bags made from woven polypropylene fabric with two lifting straps that encircle the bag body, providing both strength and easy forklift handling. SML specifications list a safe working load (SWL) of 200 to 2 000 kg at a 5:1 safety factor, ideal for single‑use transport of dry bulk solids.

Customization options include:

  • Top closures: open top, skirt (duffle) or loading spout

  • Bottom styles: flat base, discharge spout, or spout with petal cover

  • Internal liners: loose or form‑fit 60–150 µm PE liners for moisture and dust control

  • Branding: up to two‑color flexographic printing for logos and handling instructions

All bags are UV‑stabilized, fully recyclable polypropylene, cut and sewn in‑house at SML’s soft‑bag facility. NovoPacks sizes the bag diameter, height and loop length to match your filling line and ships finished bags quickly throughout Europe.
