Description

NovoPacks’ thermosealable metallised aluminium BOPP film combines brilliant mirror gloss, high oxygen/moisture barrier and dependable heat‑seal performance for premium flexible packaging. Vacuum‑deposited aluminium achieves OTR < 2 cc/m²/day and WVTR < 2 g/m²/day at 23 °C / 50 % RH, extending shelf life for coffee, snacks and powdered foods.

Produced on high‑precision tenter lines, gauges range from 18 µm to 40 µm. One side is aluminium‑metallised for barrier; the opposite side is heat‑sealable to itself or to sealant webs, delivering wide seal windows and strong hot‑tack for high‑speed HFFS/VFFS lines. A 38 dyn corona treatment ensures excellent ink and adhesive adhesion for vibrant graphics in duplex or triplex laminates.

Made from fully recyclable polypropylene and compliant with EU 10/2011 food‑contact regulations, NovoPacks supplies slit‑to‑width rolls with fast European delivery and technical support.
