Description

NovoPacks offers non‑sealable transparent BOPP film designed as the print or barrier layer in duplex and triplex laminates. Manufactured on high‑precision tenter lines, the film delivers outstanding gloss, < 1 % haze and balanced biaxial orientation for superior dimensional stability on high‑speed FFS/VFFS equipment. Gauges range from 15 µm – 40 µm; one side is 38‑dyn corona‑treated for excellent ink and adhesive anchorage, while the opposite side carries a low‑COF slip additive for smooth unwinding and lamination.

Ideal for pouch laminations, over‑wraps and flow‑wraps where the heat‑seal layer is supplied by PE, CPP or sealable‑BOPP, this film maintains high stiffness and puncture resistance yet remains fully recyclable as polypropylene and compliant with EU 10/2011 food‑contact regulations.
