Description

NovoPacks’ non‑sealable metallised BOPP film delivers brilliant mirror gloss and high‑barrier performance for premium flexible‑packaging structures. Manufactured on state‑of‑the‑art tenter‑frame lines, the film is vacuum‑deposited with aluminium to achieve < 2 cc/m²/day O₂ transmission and < 2 g/m²/day WVTR* at 23 °C/50 % RH.

One side is corona‑treated for outstanding adhesive and ink anchorage; the opposite side remains metallised for maximum light, aroma and moisture protection. Calipers range from 15 µm to 30 µm with coefficient‑of‑friction (COF) tailored for high‑speed solventless, solvent‑based or extrusion lamination. The film is non heat‑sealable, making it the perfect barrier layer when paired with a PE, CPP or sealable BOPP inner web.

Food‑contact compliant (EU 10/2011) and 100 % recyclable as polypropylene, NovoPacks ships roll‑stock slit to exact widths and core diameters with rapid dispatch from Bulgaria to converters and brand owners throughout Europe.
