NovoPacks’ thermosealable pearl BOPP film delivers a luxurious pearlescent finish, high opacity and dependable heat‑seal performance for premium flexible packaging. Produced on advanced tenter lines, this biaxially oriented polypropylene film is pigmented for > 80 % light block and treated to ≥ 38 dyn for superior ink and adhesive anchorage.

Available in gauges 18 µm to 40 µm, the film features one or two heat‑sealable sides with broad seal windows and excellent hot‑tack strength, enabling flawless operation on high‑speed HFFS and VFFS lines. Balanced mechanical properties—high stiffness, low haze and dimensional stability—ensure wrinkle‑free flow‑wraps and lidding films.
