NovoPacks supplies FIBC big bags direct from the manufacturer to buyers across Europe. Whether you need a standard 1,000 kg bulk bag or a bespoke food-grade jumbo bag built to your specification, we can supply it with short lead times and competitive factory-direct pricing.
Our FIBC bags are manufactured from high-tenacity woven polypropylene, meeting the requirements of ISO 21898 and EN 13094. Each bag is available in a range of safe working loads from 500 kg up to 2,000 kg, with a 5:1 safety factor as standard and a 6:1 ratio for UN-certified hazardous goods transport.
Standard, Baffle, and Custom Configurations
We stock and supply four main FIBC configurations. The single-loop sling bag is compact and widely used in construction and aggregates. The double-sling and four-sling designs are the most common across agricultural, chemical, and food processing industries. Baffle bags — sometimes called form-stable FIBCs or Q-bags — use internal baffles to maintain a square shape when filled, which improves pallet stability and allows tighter warehouse stacking. If you need a custom size, print, or configuration, our team works directly with the factory to spec and sample to your requirements.
Food Grade and UN Certified Options
Food-grade FIBC bags are manufactured from virgin PP only in a controlled environment, complying with EU Regulation 10/2011 on food contact materials. These are suitable for food ingredients, grain, sugar, flour, starch, and similar bulk commodities. Our food-grade range can be supplied with HACCP, BRC, and FSSC 22000 documentation on request.
For hazardous materials transport, our UN-certified FIBC bags carry the appropriate UN 13H3 markings and are tested to a 6:1 safety factor, making them suitable for Group II and Group III hazardous goods as classified under the ADR/RID regulations.
Static Protection: Types A, B, C, and D
Applications involving flammable or explosive materials require the correct FIBC static type. We supply Type A (no static protection, for non-flammable goods), Type B (limits peak voltage, for dry flammable powders), Type C (conductive with interwoven threads, must be grounded during filling and discharge), and Type D (antistatic/dissipative, no grounding required). Our team can advise on which type suits your specific material and environment.
Delivery Across Europe
Our logistics hub gives us one of the shortest lead times available to European buyers compared to sourcing directly from Asia. A full truck of FIBC big bags typically reaches most EU destinations within 14 days of order confirmation. For repeat buyers, we offer scheduled call-off deliveries and stock reservation.
