NovoPacks supplies thermosealable pearl white BOPP film that combines premium opacity, pearlescent gloss and reliable heat‑seal performance for high‑speed HFFS/VFFS and lidding operations. Manufactured on state‑of‑the‑art tenter lines, the film is pigmented for > 85 % light block, then surface‑treated to ≥ 38 dyn for crisp flexo or gravure printing.
Standard gauges run 18 µm – 40 µm. One or both sides are heat‑sealable, delivering wide seal windows and hot‑tack strength ideal for candy bars, ice‑cream lids and powdered food sachets. Balanced biaxial orientation provides excellent stiffness and puncture resistance, while the pearl layer masks fill contents—improving pack aesthetics and protecting light‑sensitive products.
Made from fully recyclable polypropylene and certified to EU 10/2011 food‑contact regulations, NovoPacks ships slit‑to‑width rolls with fast EU delivery to converters and brand owners.
