Description

NovoPacks sources high‑strength polypropylene woven bags—also known as PP sacks—manufactured on Starlinger and Lohia looms for consistent fabric weight and high tensile strength. Standard formats are 45 × 75 cm (≈ 25 kg) and 55 × 105 cm (≈ 50 kg), but any length, width or GSM can be produced to match your filling line.

Bag options

  • Fabric choices: breathable micro‑perforated cloth or PE/BOPP‑laminated fabric for full moisture protection.

  • Styles: stitched conventional sacks or rigid box‑shaped (block‑bottom) bags for perfect pallet stacking.

  • Add‑ons: cut‑out carry handles, anti‑slip coating, easy‑open stitching, printed gussets.

  • Printing: up to six‑color flexographic or rotogravure on laminated film for vivid branding and barcodes.

  • Inner liners: loose or form‑fit food‑grade LDPE/LLDPE liners for dust‑free, hygienic packaging.
